Aetna Denies Care
In August of 2010 my mother underwent two separate surgeries to amputate her foot and leg. The second surgery occurred on Friday, August 13, 2010. Exactly 60 days later Aetna Insurance Company cut off payment for her care, denying her services including the physical therapy she desperately needs to become independent enough to dress herself, transfer herself from her bed to her wheelchair, etc.
